Need a new PC Mic

Is it a Good ( i know it wont be that good but still ) microphone ...i know it will be better than my headset one .... but is it actually worth it ???? could you suggest something at around 10-15 $ ?

but you can get a behringer x8500 for $20, then get a cheap mic stand and XLR to USB cable
