Router and Modem randomly restarting...

A few months ago my modem started restarting it by its self every day. A few weeks ago it was restarting every day.

And now out of nowhere my router started restarting after every minute! (not even kidding) I was connected to the internet for 5 seconds and it restarted.

I called my ISP for help and they send me a new modem. But it's weird how this happened. Is there a possible problem I am missing?

I did nothing with the router or modem. I only changed the SSIDs and the Passwords but that was like 1 year ago. The modem started behaving weird 3 months ago. and the router just a few hours ago.
