Just get the 212 Evo, best budget cooler out there.

Id just get a T4 if you can only spend $20

If you can do $30 and want LP go for the M4 its pretty decent 

 

Really though if you don't mind the hight just get a 212

I think that Rosewill makes a cooler with the same mounting as the stock Intel heatsink. Otherwise get a Cryorig C7 or H7
