I have a working computer right now that I game on, but some of the parts are from my old build that I did back in 2010. The parts I wanted to change out are: case, motherboard, CPU cooler. I currently have a i7-3770k, Windforce 7950, 2x4GB or DDR3 1600MHz RAM, 1TB Seagate Barracuda, and 120GB SanDisk Extreme. I am looking for a mid-full tower case with good cooling, a Z77 ATX motherboard, and I would like a CPU cooler for overclocking about 600MHz. My budget for the three parts is 250 USD, though I might be able to stretch it to 275 if it will get me noticeable better parts.

There's a lot of options will all three really. If you are referring to a 600mhz boost from stock clocks which brings it to 4.1ghz, then you don't really need high-end stuff. I'd presume you'll probably be fine with a board with a simple 4-phase VRM and something like a Hyper 212 evo, though you could go for something higher-end if you wish.

IMO, cases are mostly personal preference, there's a lot of good choices but it depends a lot on what you want from it. Airflow-wise the HAF-series are good, though there are other options like the Arc Midi, 400R, Phantom 410, etc.
