I am soon to be building a new gaming pc and I'm skeptical about using Windows 10. I've read online that if you upgrade your hardware while using Windows 10 it will deactivate, and I am planning to upgrade my system at one point. Is this only for people who have upgraded from 7,8 or 8.1 or people who have bought a legitimate retail copy of Windows 10 also? If this is true I will just go with Windows 7. Thanks for your help.
