RAM Not running at correct speed?

So I just bought 16 gb Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz ram, but it only runs at 1333mhz? What can I do?

Did you set it to the correct speed in the BIOS?

I've enabled XMP n stuff but on the left side it says 1333mhz and on the right 1600mhz

What CPU and motherboard?

I have 1600MHz RAM, but it only runs at like 1400MHz with my Pentium G3220 and Asus H81M-A, and at 1333MHz with my previous FX-4130 and Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3.

It might be your BIOS Limitation , Even my RAM is Rated 800mhz it runs 466mhz only .

My CPU Z show 466Mhz , I don't get it why tho . Leave it as default .. Really if you can't change it then leave it , don't do RAM Over clocking.
