Catalyst Control Centre Crashes on startup.

I just used AMD's CPU overdrive to boost my CPu, as i just put new Arctic MX-4 thermal paste on it, but now when i open CCC it crashes and says the program isn't responding. Any way i can get round this? Or is there any other way i can OC my cpu. Thanks for any reply in advance.
