During post i get hung up on post code D4( Pci resource allocation error. Out of Resources). It hangs for about 15 sec on this code and finally boots. Total boot is about 50-54 sec. I only have 1 gpu and one m.2 installed. I turned off xmp and set the timings manual and it still does the same thing. Running 32gigs of ddr4 2400mhz memory. Cpu is running stock.

I just reinstalled windows and everything went back to normal. As soon as build 10586 installed/updated the long D4 post code was back. And System Agent voltage changed from stock .8something to 1.03+. Not sure why the bios voltage changed because as we all know the bios is seperate from the OS. So guess i am in idle mosw until i figure this out because i am not going to try overclocking this setup with d4 hanging up boot times by 30sec. Dont want to chance it messing with the max oc settings by chance. Ill update this post when i find a fix.
