PowerColor Or MSI R9 390 ?

So the power color card is on sale right now but idk if i should just wait for the MSI Twin Frozr card to go on sale instead ? Which card is better ?

MSI, but the PowerColor card ain't awful.

If you really need to save the 30 bucks then power cooler would be fine, otherwise go msi

If you don't mind some noise then the powercolor is fine.
