Different length graphics cards?

Go to solution Solved by Godlygamer23,

Sorry if I was vague. Would the bigger card perform better than the smaller card? If I get the smaller card, would it be any worse than the bigger card?

On the smaller card, the cooling performance will be worse, and the VRM might be worse as well.

I am building an ITX gaming PC and when I was looking through for graphics cards, I found there were different lengths and sizes for the same GPU.

So I'm thinking of getting a GTX 950 but when I was searching through the graphics cards, I found there to be many different sizes, but why? What's the difference between the bigger one and the smaller one?

Thanks for any answers

In the case of the cards you have in your post, cooling capacity for the most part. Power delivery may be improved on the FTW card and the FTW card is clocked higher out of the box.
