Alright so, Call me ridiculous but if I bought a nVidia Tesla K80, how much would it help my gtx 760 in playing games?

I don't think the Tesla would help your GPU, I believe they are designed to help the CPU perform calculations for scientific purposes.

you could mine bitcoins with it

I'm not sure that I would drop $5k to mine bitcoins. It would take forever to earn my money back.
