Hello!

This issue is hard for me to explain (I have failed google or vice versa) but I did record a couple of videos to show the issue.

In both of the videos the light seems to flicker/stutter.

GPU: MSI Gaming 6G GTX 980 Ti

Driver: 358.91

OS: Windows 10 Home

Overclocked?: No

CPU make and model: Intel Core i5-3570K @ 3.4 GHz
Amount of system memory: 8 GB
Motherboard make: Intel BOXDH77KC
Motherboard BIOS version: Intel Corp. KCH7710H.86A.0110.2013.0513.1018, 5/13/2013

Monitor make and model: ROG Swift PG278Q

When I boot up the PC once windows loads this occurs on desktop as well as distorts any sort of text.  If it doesn't happen on desktop if I boot up a game it immediately happens.  Thus far I have completely reinstalled windows.  I have switched out my GTX 980 ti for a GTX 780 and clean installed the new drivers for that only to have the same issue.  I can only seem to detect this issue when my monitor is at 120 hertz or 144 hertz. (I've also made sure everything was on the same hertz setting) Anything lower than those and I can't detect it. I've also switched my Displayport cable and the issue still occurs. If I disable my GPU or uninstall the GPU driver the issue stops occuring entirely but I'm unsure if it's my monitor because when disabling the driver my monitor caps at 64 hertz and I can't detect this until at 120 or higher.

Any help would be great.  I've been trying to fix this for days.
