I recently disabled HPET in the bios and used a command line to disable it in windows, but it keeps re-enabling itself after a restart.

I tried making a .bat file with the command line to disable it, and getting it to trigger every time I log in, but that does not seem to be working.

The code in the .bat file:

"@Echo off
bcdedit /set useplatformclock false"

Any other way of ensuring that windows does not turn it back on?
