Should I get after market thermal paste or just use stock (H80i)

Hello, so I am building a gaming/video rendering PC and am planning to use the Corsair H80i as my CPU cooler and I am wondering, should I just use the pre-applied thermal paste? Or should I buy seperate thermal paste and use that instead? (And if so what brand of thermal paste). Any help would be fantastic, thanks!

The pre-applied thermal paste should be good enough to disperse the heat.

Stock is fine. I went through this with my H100i and I ended up changing it to notice no difference in performance..
