Overclocking i7 3770K

Hello there.

 

I have rig with a custom water cooling loop. My i7 3770K runs at around 30C degrees at idle and on stock speeds.

 

How would I go about overclocking it? I want to push it to somewhere in the 4GHz - 5GHz.

I've looked all over the place and I still have a very vague idea about how to overclock my CPU.
