http://pcpartpicker.com/ is a useful website for making parts lists. The PSU you chose is of very low quality, a tier 1 or 2 PSU from http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/406160-psu-ranking-and-tiers/ be great for this build. Also, a 390 would be better for the price compared to a 970 unless you really need CUDA. Oh, and, welcome to the forums :D Please remember to follow your own threads.

If I could recommend one thing and 1 thing only :P it would be the CPU if u don't care about rendering video's and only care about CAD and gaming preformance u should go with the i5 4690k it would save u a couple of bucks and u could put that into buying a 980 maybe instead of the 970 which inturn will give u more preformance in games and in CAD

Well u could opt to go with a somewhat larger cooler if u want to overclock if not u should just stay with the other cheaper one it won't really matter if the cpu runs a couple of degrees hotter under non overclocking gaming load if that would even be the case
