Hi I had a number of weird synptoms.

Mobo: Asus p8z77-lk

Power supply: Antec HCG 620w modular

1. High voltage warnings about 10 times a year.

2. While at a friends home with my PC:  Shutdown with mobo claiming it was due to a power surge and to protect.

Less related: Overclocking fails at startup but never during usage (all estimated: more often overtime. year 1-2: none. year 3->3, year 4 -> 6)

Now: everytime I startup load windows 7 the SSD doesn't boot for about 20 seconds.  It says startup but the windows logo animation doesn't start until the storage activity led starts.

When the SSd comes ot life, the storage activity LED blinks shortly, then after 1 second, it lights up brighter and finally loads windows.

The SSD works fine (same speed) besides this. SSD Life Pro says its fine.

Usual normal errors, or something real? And if real, how important?

CPU: Ryzen 5500 GPU: RX 6800 RAM: DDR4 3200MHZ 48GB (2x8+2x16 GB)  MOBO: MSI B450-A PRO Display: 4k120hz with freesync premium.
