Camera for vlogging? 200 euro budget

I'm going to Japan in some months and I was wondering what would be a nice camera for filming.

My budget is 200 euro.
I was thinking about Panasonic HC-V160 and Sony Handycam HDR-CX240E.

Which one would be best to film vlogs and film nature?
