Firstly, learn to format your posts a bit better mate. Secondly, a Xeon E3-1231 V3 would be a better choice for livestreaming, thanks to the hyperthreading. You could easily do 720p @30fps using x264 encoding. And finally, that PSU is overkill, and pricey. Go for a 550W Cooler Master V550.
Btw, i changed the ram to a single 8GB stick, allowing you to throw in another stick at a later date, for 16GB. Even slipped an SSD, and an R9 390 into the build. I didn't list your other peripherals etc, just the core hardware.
