Can anyone suggest a good RSS reader?

I use Outlook built-in RSS reader, so that I have this 1 hub for RSS + my e-mails.

I like it, it works. It doesn't download or view the full page, just whatever the webpage wants to put (usually a spinet, or the content with only 1 article picture).

You do have a link to go directly to the page however.

 

Works well, no complains.

 

Now is it the best? I don't know.
