I'm planning to build a streaming pc and I would mostly play League of Legends.

Here are my desired parts/features that I want for my system:

  • Upgradability
  • Intel Build
  • Dual Monitor; both 1920x1080 (Included on the budget)
  • 80+ FPS while streaming
  • Less than $600
  • Peripherals like mic/webcam/chair is not needed

Can you guys help me? :)

Less than $600 streaming build including two monitors in the budget? Sorry, but that's not gonna work I don't think.

Honestly, $600 is tough. If you can bump that up to around $650 you can get this which would do the job for LoL, but the GPU will not max more demanding games:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1231 V3 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($232.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($62.89 @ OutletPC)
Memory: Mushkin ECO2 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($35.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Hitachi Deskstar 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($43.00 @ Amazon)
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R9 380 4GB PCS+ Video Card  ($170.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Fractal Design Core 2500 ATX Mid Tower Case  ($39.99 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($53.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $639.84
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Any less than this would not be acceptable as a streaming/gaming multi-purpose PC. I literally can't think of a part where I'd skimp. PSU? Hell no. That's where things get dangerous. GPU? Maybe, MAYBE if the only thing you'll ever do is LoL, but I find that highly unlikely. CPU? No way in hell for a streaming PC. Motherboard? Already as cheap as possible with 4 memory slots. Storage? Already as cheap as possible. Case? You could save $10 bucks, but then you'd end up with a shitbox and the Core 2500 is actually decent.
