Windows 8 System Locale?

Hey guys,

I was wondering how to change the system locale in Windows 8. I found the option pretty intuitively in Windows 7, and a few games I bought in Japan only work when the locale is set to Japanese, but I can't find the option anywhere in Windows 8 for the life of me.

I'd appreciate if you guys could tell me how to do this, if there's a workaround, or if it's just not possible.

Should be exactly the same as in Windows 7, if you start from the desktop and manage to open control panel?

Control panel>Clock,Language and region>Change location
