Budget pc upgrade help

I am currently upgrading my 4 year old pc. I need help choosing upgraded parts within a 550 price range. Current specs: GPU - Radeon HD 6850 CPU - AMD FX 4100 RAM - 6gb Motherboard - asus m5a97 Power Supply - 650w

I already chose the parts I want in partpicker but need help finding a compatible motherboard

I should mention I play Fallout 4 on lowest possible settings currently and want to change that. I also plan on playing stuff like witcher 3, Battlefront, The division, really any 2016 game coming out as well.

I advise http://pcpartpicker.com/p/9Mb8GX An i3 would do much better in games and the 290 I picked is much quieter. What PSU do you currently have? Be specific please.

Wow that list sounds way better! I can also probably knock off a few bucks on the GPU if I downgrade to a 3gb card instead of the 4gb. But I actually have no idea what PSU I have all I know is that it's 650w. I can take apart my PC and look on it if you need me to.
