Help Please!

Hey everyone!

 

i have a lot of problem with my keyboard keys.

 

1. when i Press the ALT Key my screen blackout

2. Windows key shutdown computer when i pressed

3. CTRL + W = Mute

4. I Can't do Ctrl + C  & Ctrl + V 

5. when i press windows key system shutting down automatically

 

and , how do i Reset my keyboard

Bro I have resetted my windows 8.1 OS Also before few minutes. But, its not working out with that..  

 

And wires are properly connected to port and no damages I've seen through it...
