is this for a specific build? or just general opinion?

Budget gaming with a Radeon GPU

 

Edit: Here's the build:

Core i3 4170

Crucial Ballistix 2x4GB 1600 DDR3

Radeon R7 370 2GB OC

1TB Seagate Desktop HDD

sorry for late response:

 

my opinion is that Z97 boards have gotten so cheap, that H97 isnt viable. B85 is viable on an extreme budget, but it is hard to get a high quality board with low-end chipsets at this budget.
