ok, so right now my system is an FX-6100 at 4.4Ghz 1.325V stable, but it runs hot when under max load (prime95) at 4.2 it got up to 68 on the cpu temp (not the cores) but they were toasty too, the cooler i have now is a Zalman Ultimate Liquid 120mm closed loop in push pull with cougar vortex 120mm's, they aren't too great for a rad since the frames aren't square, but what i want to know, is if i got 1 or 2 Noctua NF-F12's would the performance gain be enough or would i need to get a better cooler like the Noctua NH-U12P SE2 or NH D14, i would like to keep the closed loop, but if the fans won't help enough, il go with an air cooler...

Noctua's will give better performance but isn't worth the value since the peformance gain isn't there. If you have a dual 120mm or 140mm fan mount I definitely reccommend the H100i or karen X60.
the case i have doesn't support dual 120's, only a single in the top and back

As long as the temps dont go way over 80 you are fine.....you could go with an h80i ....but it isnt worth it ...maybe just back off the oc a bit?!

As long as there aren't any clearence issues with the case or ram modules you can always go for a high performance air cooler like the Noctua NH-D14 or a Thermalright silver arrow, the down side is now the heat dissipation will be inside the case but overall it will give better performance than a single 120mm rad.

ive got high cfm fans, so the air would blow out pretty quick, but would the Noctua NH-L12 be enough?

Probably better bet to stick with the liquid cooler when compared to the NH-L 12 and it is significantly smaller than the NH-D14, checkout the bit-tech website they have a great lineup of cooler comparisions: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cooling/2012/12/17/noctua-nh-l12-review/2

ive looked everywhere for my cooler's supported tdp, since im oc'ing its well over 95W (close to 170W with 4.4Ghz OC)
