Post below is something i posted on Reddit but received no solution i was hoping techtips could help. If more screenshots are need to diagnose problem it may take a while as i have to install game I want screenshots from.

Hello,

Let me preface this by saying that I have made an identical post about 4 months ago but didn't get the help I had intended for and since then i have found a couple of posts with an identical issue so lets begin.

Over the last 2-3 years since building my first gaming PC that I have upgraded the following components: CPU, MOBO, Hard Drive, and GPU my previous and current specs are below:

CPU - AMD A10-5800K to Intel i5 3570k

Motherboard - Asus F2 A85-V Pro to ASROCK z77 Extreme 4

Hard Drive - Seagate 2 Tb 7200rpm to Samsung 840 PRO series

GPU - Radeon HD 7850 2048Mb to EVGA Nvidia GTX 980 "Reference Design" 4096Mb

RAM - ADATA XPG Xtreme series DDR3 2133 4GBx2

Ok now with all that out of the way here is my issue I need help with, since the initial build I have had an almost identical graphical bug in many many games as seen below in my most recent title GTAV (Zoom in the the highlighted area):

And one from MGSV http://imgur.com/mZFlVRK

Now as you can see this bug usually occurs with grass, hair and shadow tectures. The affected games I can remember are: MGSV, GTAV, Skyrim, ArmA 2, Fallout 3/New Vegas, Game of Thrones, The Elder Scrolls Online and many many more. So what I Can't understand is what kind of issue can be carried across multiple hardware changes and many Clean Installs of Windows 7 and my new install on Windows 10, please I am at my wits end with this issue and it is ruining my gaming experience and caused me to lose faith in the PCMR multiple times. I am willing to try any fix right now.

I will provide some screenshots of MGSV when I return home from work but i was hoping these shots from GTA might be enough to help. If you require any additional information please ask.

Tl;dr Have had the same graphical bug since my initial build across multiple hardware changes and Clean installs, I have lost faith.
