Hi guys getting a new mobo.

I'm deciding if I should get the Gigabyte Z170 D3H or not. Its at a good price point in my budget and I do want to be able to do some OC'ing in my build with my gpu and CPU. Will this be good for me? I was previously thinking of going with the MSI KRAIT Gaming. But that seemed a bit overkill for what I wanted to do. Although I'm going for a R9 390 I don't intend to crossfire.
