New HTPC

Hi guys, i have a NAS that i'm not using that much and im considering turning it into an HTPC.

 

The CPU is an Intel intel g3450

The Mobo is an Gigabyte gigabyte h97m-d3h

16GB ram Corsair

 

what do you think? do i need to add a GPU? my TV is a 55" 4K LG smart tv...
