Haven't torrented anything on this. This rig has only been running for about 4 days, and in that time, all I have downloaded is Steam, 6 items from my Steam library, Battle.net and the games I have coinciding with Battle.net, as well as League of Legends.

Hmm... Something is clearly running in the background on this. Run MalWareBytes and TDSSKiller.

Some forms of rootkits and malware hide from task manager. It may show increased RAM usage, but it won't show up. Also, Chrome uses a crapload of RAM. It uses as much as it can get.

So by doing a clean install, you think that'll solve the issue, right?
