Usb port issues - Cant plug in more than one device to motherboard

Hi there,

Recently I just came back from doing the extra life 24 hour fundraiser. I brought my PC with me and everything was working fine at the event. (Which was a total blast by the way)

When I returned home, and after some sleep I put everything back where it was supposed to be. Connected everything up and went to turn it back on. And I noticed my keyboard wouldnt power up. Its a Logitech G19s. When its plugged into the front USB port, it works fine so the keyboard is working. Also I cant plug two devices into the same collection of ports in the back. IE the two USB 3 cant be populated at the same time.

Ive been searching around for something close to my problem. Ive tried a few things already. Different ports, different devices, uninstalling the driver in device manager for the USB ports/hub/etc, checked all the connections in my PC, looked for new motherboard drivers, reinstalled the chipset INF. Im at a total loss.

Im hoping I can get some help here. =(
