Need help finding a good monitor

I'm interested in doing 3-way portrait mode in the future but I have found some issues with most monitors sporting thin bezels.

See what is in between the Red bars, it's the Logo and a super thick bar making this otherwise pretty thin bezel monitor, Not Portrait ready.
I would like help finding a monitor that has:
Very Thin bezels on every side (left and right not much of an issue)
1080p/1440p (if cheap)
24" (or more if found for cheap.)
IPS
Be affordable.
