High Ping in certain games

So I'm getting frustrated in the ping spikes I keep getting in certain games, mainly consisting of World of Tanks and CS:GO. My ping would go from 30-40 to 100-999+.

My brother has the same type of hardware used to connect to the internet being a PCI card and he has no problems with his internet or ping:

I would really like some help to resolve this issue.​

is the Distance is the same ?, do you play when your Brother using the internet too ?

My brother is literally on the other side of my wall, and my router is also below us in about the same distance. When we play together his ping is normally fine and mine is all over the place

try to use your Brother WiFi card and see if there any difference

I've already tried that and it still gives me the same effects

Is one of you connected over ethernet? What's your speedtest.net results?
