Hey all!  For some reason I can't login to my other account, so I'm posting from this random account that I apparently had.

I'm moving my computer to my room within the next few weeks, so I can do crazy things with my setup and speakers and stuff.  I've already got these giant Energy RVS center speakers that are enormous, kinda too big.  The speakers are pretty good, but they are way overkill for my computer.  If you want a picture of them, google it.

I looked them up on eBay, and they were selling for about $200, which is about the same price as these Monoprice speakers.  Since I'm moving to my room, I'd be able to set these up in the right orientation in a symmetrical room, which would be nice.  http://www.monoprice.com/product?c_id=109&cp_id=10906&cs_id=1090601&p_id=10565&seq=1&format=2#

Tell me your opinions.  Do you think it's worth it to sell my current huge speakers for a 5.1 setup?  Or would it better to just get a decent pair of bookshelf speakers and invest in a subwoofer later?  If so, which ones would you recommend?

My budget is what I can sell the speakers for, about $200, and maybe if I sell my Astro a40's I could maybe bring it up to $250.  Thanks!
