Depends on the gain, how close the mic is to the keyboard and how loud the keyboard clicks are.

Yes. \There are ways to reduce it though

Indeed, there are many ways to reduce it.  Most of it will depend on how much you want to spend on setting up your "recording area" properly.

That's not far enough away from the mic.  A decent shotgun mic can pick up audio from more than a couple of meters away.

You're going to be live streaming, you need to operate the keyboard which has to be within an arm's length away.  The mic also has to be aimed towards you, and would be within a meter or so away.

Will the mic be directly connected to the computer or will there be a soundboard in between the mic and the computer?

With a physical soundboard, or a software based soundboard, you can try to play around with the controls to reduce or cancel out low frequency noises.

Honestly, I can't say.  Personally I would recommend you get something like a lapel microphone that you can clip onto the collar of your shirt, keeping it close to your mouth.  This way the microphone doesn't need to be very sensitive or set to a higher gain.  This may work to reduce ambiance noise, combined with a mixer like the Behringer.

If I'm looking to record voice in a place with a variety of ambiance noises, I prefer to use microphones that can be placed as close as possible to the audio source I want to record, like lavaliers.   Or I use super directional microphones.  But then again, I'm not live streaming, I post-process my audio and perform noise reduction.

Will you be streaming video also?  If appearance is not really important, why not get a headset+microphone, headset microphones tend to only pick up audio from the speaker's mouth as it's placed very close.  If they pick up any ambiance noise, the ambiance noise has to be exceptionally loud to be annoying.

Look at this page for microphone placement techniques, with a cardioid unidirectional mic, if the keyboard is behind the mic, there should be a good chance the keyboard sounds will be reduced.

You could always go with a normal Cardiod and put it between you and the Keyboard. Which eventually can't work out if your arms are to short. And you need the space for the Microphone stand. And you would need to be relatively close.

can you recomend one? it has to be under 80$ and it needs xlr

Try this, I can't say if it is a good mic or not as I don't have any personal experience with this model/brand.  But you can choose between cardioid (unidirectional) and supercardioid (semi-unidirectional) patterns.

Or this

Or even better, get something like the Rode M1

I was looking for a Rode cardioid mic under $100, that's all Rode had at that price level.  And according to online reviews, it seems to be better than the Shure SM58.
