You have many options in this price range.

Before buying a mechanical keyboard, however, I would suggest you buy a Switch Tester (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AZQKCD4?keywords=Mechanical%20Switch%20Tester&qid=1446920528&ref_=sr_1_1&sr=8-1) to see what mechanical switch you like best, and continue your search there.

A few options are (only including keyboards that use Cherry MX switches that are on the switch tester that I recommended above, so things like topre or the G910 are excluded)

Corsair Strafe (http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Strafe-Mechanical-Gaming-Keyboard/dp/B015A9ZDO8/ref=sr_1_3?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1446920610&sr=1-3&keywords=Mechanical+Keyboard&refinements=p_36%3A1253506011) Comes in Blues, Browns, and Reds. Single-colour programmable LEDs.

Corsair K70 (http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Mechanical-Keyboard-Aircraft-Grade-CH-9000118-NA/dp/B014W1YUAS/ref=sr_1_17?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1446920610&sr=1-17&keywords=Mechanical+Keyboard&refinements=p_36%3A1253506011) Comes in Browns and Reds. Full RGB programmable LEDs.

Pok3r (http://www.amazon.com/Mechanical-Keyboard-Keycaps-Cherry-Mx-Clear/dp/B00OFM6F80/ref=sr_1_7?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1446920610&sr=1-7&keywords=Mechanical+Keyboard&refinements=p_36%3A1253506011) This model comes in MX Clears with no LEDs. However, other models can be found with different switches and a white model. This is also a 60% keyboard, won't go into much depth here but more information on them can be found online.

Cooler Master Quickfire TK (http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-SGK-4020-GKCL1-US-QuickFire-Mechanical/dp/B00C7JZJGC/ref=sr_1_3?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1446921118&sr=1-3&keywords=Cooler+master+TK) This model comes with MX Blues and a Blue toggleable LEDs. Other models come with different switches and LED colours corresponding to their switch.

Logitech G710+ (http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Mechanical-Keyboard-High-Speed-920-006519/dp/B00QI2WPJ8/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1446921359&sr=1-2&keywords=Logitech+G710) Comes in blues and browns. With toggleable LEDs. Also features extra programmable G-keys.

These are just a few options. I would suggest looking around and doing some research of your own.
