Cloning Software

I need to clone my windows install which is on an ssd to another ssd.

 

The new ssd is going to be in a raid config where as the old ssd is not.

 

First question is, Will Windows have any issues getting cloned over to a raid array?

 

Second question is what software do people recommend I use to clone the OS, needs to support GPT and UEFI, free preferably but if I have to pay for a once of clone so be it.

Do the raid array first. the use something like acronis true image to clone over the windows installation. Boot into windows, resize the partition if need be, profit.

make the raid first

then clone

Probably should have mentioned, one of the drives I will be using for the raid array has the current OS on it.
