Windows 10 DDE+ server

Hi all!

 

A month or so ago I had a problem with my windows. It could not shut down because DDE+server was still running. I just overlooked it at that time. Now I reinstalled my os Windows 10 education and it still does it. It did it with only the drivers installed. Nothing else...

When I googled it it told me that a lot of preview builds had the same issue but I still couldn't fix it.

Here are some specs: 

Intel core i5 4460 cpu

Gigabyte GTX 760 windforce gpu

Gigabyte GA-H97M-HD3 mobo

Corsair ram

 

Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening? The only solution is to restart the computer immediately after booting it. This way the error massage don't show up and the computer runs smooth as butter.
