Problems with Ubuntu server

Hello,

I had running an dedicated server which was running perfectly but when I logged in it said one time that I might restart once, so I used "sudo reboot".

after this.. I can't connect to the server again and the host won't help me out.

any idea how to fix this or what to say to them what they can do?

Do you have physical access to the machine? It sounds like the server didn't startup properly...
