Hi there. I was starting up my system and opening my core apps today on my desktop when I noticed everything going a bit slow. I opened task manager to find my 8GB of Corsair 1866mhz RAM was actually running at 1300mhz. I went into the bios and set the timing manually to 1866mhz, then task manager only comes up saying its running at 1400mhz. WTF is going on?

Any help is appreciated.
