I have recently found out that my sata power connectors were DOA and since I removed the upc of the PSU for a rebate, I'm not so sure if I can RMA it. I wonder, however, if the cables would be compatible if I bought some sata cables from the same company and wattage online. For reference my PSU is the evga 850w g2 supernova. Thanks

You can still get an RMA most times it's just an invoice or proof of purchase they needed, most kits out there or replacements are fully sleeved ones like theses from cable mod:

If you can I would check the pins and see if they are all properly seated and the sata connections crimped down.
