You can get an all-in-one cooler for your CPU and it won't take long to install. Also these days some graphics cards are watercooled right out of the box :)

aio cooled gpu dont look as good  ( my opnion )and im mostly looking for a beefy air cool or something like the h110i (AIO)   :)

H110i is not an aircooler. It's an AIO watercooler. So the build is up to 4000 AUD?

EDIT: What about this? It doesn't get any better than this within that budget. You can get an M.2 SSD instead but it doesn't really matter much.

well its close to mine i just went with one 980ti for some better storage and cooling

If you want to save some money, get 2x Radeon R9 Fury, they're almost equal to a 980Ti, cheaper and you still have 400 AU $ for better storage and cooling as you put it :) Sapphire Tri-X ones are in stock for 900$ each

5960X is redundant, go with the 5820.

the only advantage it has is a slightly higher clock speed and 40 pcie lanes. (Quad SLI)

I gave you the best performance you can get for the money, what will you do with it is up to you. BTW AMD GPUs are basically better than Nvidia's current lineup. Excluding the 980Ti cause it's great value for money too. And crossfire scales better than SLI.
