Mod in GTA V

So, me and my friends want to mod in GTA V, not to get money and stuff, just to increase the level of fun..

So my question is; is it a week suspension first time, 2 months the seconds time and then permanent ban? I heard so, and if so we could stop after the first week..

How big is the chance to get banned if we dont spawn ANY money, only play in private sessions, and turn of the mods if we play on public servers?

GTA V is getting kinda boring, and by modding it could be much more fun.. and if we dont spawn any money, and play in private, shouldnt that work?

Any experienced modders that know?

iirc the game detects rouge files and doesn't let you enter GTA online with modified files

This is what happened to me. First 2 weeks, Second 2-3 months and What happened to me was I went afk and did not play after my second banned and then comeback like 3 months later with a perm
