Windows 10 Shutdown Error

For some reason, after I shutdown my computer. The computer turns back on. The wierd thing is, I see the acer logo and no (press f12 to go to bios or f10 to go to boot menu) thing. Why is my computer turning back on after I shut it down?

In most cases this is a rather complicated issue with an easy workaround:

 

Simply turn off fast boot:

If you want to keep fast boot then the first thing I would try to update your Bios or reset it. This helped in my case.
