I don't think that exists. Usually PSU that have nice cables are also mudular.

But why would you want a non-modular PSU?

price. i have a air 240 so i dont have to worry bout the mess of a non modular psu. looks like i gotta get myself some extensions

Or sleeve the cables yourself. It's often a lot cheaper and if you don't sleeve them all the way it makes it very easy.
