So I'm Wondering If I Should Get A X99 5820k With A 980ti Or A Z97 4790k With A Titan X, I Will Be Gaming At 1080p, 60fps+, Very High-Ultra, Using Adobe CC, & Cinema 4D

X99. Titan X' s actually have a performance DISadvantage at 1080p compared to a 980 Ti, and the extra two processing cores will be necessity for rendering.

Asus GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB STRIX OC | BitFenix Prodigy (Black/Red) | XFX PRO Black Edition 850W

What About Z97 With A Titan X? or should i upgrade in the future

Don't get the titan x, the 980ti outperforms it.

Any Specific Reasons Why?

The GPU in the Titan X is a generation behind the 980 Ti' s GPU; it is less powerful, having fewer render output processing power making it worse for lower resolution gaming. The Titan X only has an advantage over the 980 Ti at 4K resolution and higher due to its astronomical amount of VRAM: totally unnecessary for 1080p at really ANY framerate.

True So Should I Run A 4790k With A 980ti And Upgrade In The Future To Save Money For Future Parts?

I'd say a CPU on the X99 platform would be more beneficial to you in the long-term. With X99, there is more room for upgrading. With a 4790K, you'd be at the end of your chain, requiring a new motherboard and RAM if you want a CPU upgrade down the line. Also, the two or more extra cores will improve rendering times drastically compared to a CPU on the Z97 or Z170 chipset.

So I Designed 2 Different Builds To Look At The Price Difference Between X99 With A 980ti And Z97 With 980ti And The X99 Is Only $150.84 More Expensive Than The Z97 Build, Would It Be Better For The X99 Build In Gaming, Adobe CC & Cinema 4D Than The Z97 Since Its Only $151 More?

Yes, definitely. Gaming will be great on the X99 build, especially after overclocking your CPU. Rendering will also benefit greatly from the extra cores.

I Changed A Bit More But For Adobe CC, Gaming & Cinema 4D, Especially With The OCed CPU And The Price Difference Of $151, Would It Be Better For That?, And Heres The Build Designs

The Fury lacks CUDA cores desirable for editing, but it offers some performance advantages in DX12. I would suggest going X99 with a 980 Ti instead of a Fury X.
