Hello I built my computer last year and im not playing super high end games, just mostly league and I will have chrome open, lately it has been a little sluggish, I was wondering what part I should upgrade to make the fps go to a solid 144 fps

Did you have this problem on windows 7 or 8.1 as well?

I've read about some people have fps problems after changing os to windows 10.

 

If this is the case then there are some solutions..

Otherwise you could try Arty's advice.
