PC Will Not Start

Having a very similar issue, my cpu fan spins up, my psu fan starts to spin up but then my red cpu error light come on, this is my 2nd mobo, and my 2nd cpu, my parts are

Ram: hyper x fury ddr4

Cpu: i5 6500

Mobo MSI pcmate z170a

PSU corsair cx600m

I will atache a picture of how my lga socket looks because all of the pins look to be bent in the same drection, I am almost positive that I installed my CPU right, lined up the arrors and all? Thankspost-270820-0-70778800-1445896299_thumb.
