Really like that but it's taken, what do you mean by brute force? Brute force to figure out their carrier or stop people from adding mass numbers?

I mean doing every number... I forgot about having to select a carrier though. It would just be bad on you if someone did that and the next day it sends a text to an IED trigger. :/

I would more than likely make it so people have to enter the carrier manually, I will have it automatically turn it into an email, but they will need to know the carrier, also I can very easily limit it to 5-10 people per unique IP.

unique IP is pointless with VPNs and dynamic ip assignment from ISPs.
