Is your TV set as the primary display (Display 1) ? If not then that might be why :)

 

EDIT: This might be helpful:

I have worked around this by refreshing the page in the second screen. Then it should maximize on the screen you refreshed it on.

So everything will go to full screen just fine on my PC monitors, but when I take it to my TV and hit the full-screen button it goes full-screen on a lower monitor and not the TV. Anyone know why?
